Ceremonies

  • Outdoor ceremonies up to 225
  • Indoor ceremonies up to 160

Receptions

  • 180 with seating in the Ballroom
  • 225 with seating in the Ballroom & Atrium
  • 300 for cocktail style receptions

Exclusive use covers five hours of event time for wedding and reception; four hours for reception only. Receptions and Special events begin with the arrival of the first guest. Early arrival and additional event time options are available.

Yes! As a licensed caterer, West Manor has its own VA ABC mixed beverage catering license to provide your event with the appropriate beer & liquor needs. Due to liability restrictions and service standards, we do not allow clients to provide their own food or alcohol.

Yes! Here at West Manor, we will provide you with an excellent planner to make sure your event is as perfect and stress-free as possible! We do not allow outside ceremony coordinators.

Standard day-of set up time for your event is four hours prior to the guest arrival time. Options for additional preparation time are available.
